Our student Thespian Board has created the following mission and vision statements for Niles West Theatre:
Mission Statement
Niles West Theatre is an inclusive community of students and staff dedicated to creating bold and professional productions that combine artistic and realistic perspectives to reflect the past, present, and future of our world.
Vision Statement
Our aim is to broaden the horizons of our audiences by creating art that reflects the voices of our students and staff and adapting text to fit into contemporary settings. We seek to create art that sparks conversations in our community, and moves beyond the boundaries of our school. This can be accomplished by equipping students with the tools to understand and translate challenging topics in society into theatre going forward.
